The whole machine adopts medical-grade stainless steel and fully enclosed clean structure matching GMP workshop standards. Servo positioning system ensures consistent needle tightness, effectively reducing burr and deformation issues of low-pain insulin needles. Built-in high-speed vision screening module automatically rejects unqualified parts to keep yield over 99.7%.
