Spinal anesthesia needles are essential medical consumables for surgical anesthesia. Traditional manual assembly makes it difficult to ensure consistent quality and high production efficiency.To address this challenge, Medauto developed a customized complete production line based on customer needs and the product’s technical characteristics. The system enables automated assembly, bonding, inspection, and packaging of outer hubs, outer needles, inner/outer needle modules, and sheath components.

Pump extension tubes are essential medical consumables used in anesthesia, requiring high standards of cleanliness and assembly precision. Traditional manual assembly cannot ensure consistent cleanliness levels or achieve high production efficiency.To address this industry challenge, Medauto developed a customized complete production line based on customer needs and product characteristics. The system enables automated assembly, bonding, inspection, and packaging of components such as luer connectors, protective caps, tubing, precision filters, long tubes, clamps, and three-way stopcocks.

As a fully enclosed blood collection system, vacuum blood collection tubes greatly improve sample quality and pre-laboratory quality control. Compared with traditional syringes, they better protect medical staff and prevent bloodborne cross-infection. However, technical challenges such as vacuum pumping and additive coating have long restricted automated assembly. It realizes full-process automation including automatic feeding, inspection, additive spraying, assembly, labeling, packaging and unloading.

Safety syringes with anti-reuse and anti-needlestick functions have become mainstream medical consumables, effectively protecting frontline medical staff and medical waste handlers. To meet the booming market demand, Medauto has independently developed an automatic production line for safety syringes. The line realizes automatic assembly, bonding, inspection and packaging of outer sleeves, plunger rods, rubber pistons, injection needles and protective covers.

It requires heavy labor input, leads to high labor costs, increases contamination risk, and makes consistent quality difficult to maintain.To solve this challenge, Medauto independently developed a complete suction catheter production line. As a leading intelligent manufacturing system for medical consumables, it uses a unique structural design to handle irregular component shapes and solve complex part-feeding issues. The system enables automated assembly, bonding, inspection, and packaging of suction catheter connectors and tubing components.

Traditional catheter production relies heavily on manual processing and assembly. This requires large labor input, raises labor costs, increases contamination risk, and makes quality control difficult. Low efficiency means it no longer meets the needs of today’s medical consumables market.To solve this challenge, Medauto independently developed a complete catheter production line. Compared with traditional manual assembly, this system enables automated assembly, bonding, inspection, and packaging of silicone tubes, silicone balloons, and heat-shrink film components.

A biopsy needle is a medical device for histological sampling and cell extraction of nodular and unexplained tumors in organs including kidney, liver, lung, breast, thyroid, prostate, pancreas and other superficial tissues.We developed an intelligent manufacturing system for biopsy needles tailored to product technical features. Replacing traditional manual assembly, this line enables automatic assembly, bonding, inspection and packaging of needle tubes, stylets, hubs, needle caps, outer sheaths, positioning rubber stoppers and blister packs.
